1. Services
Namaste Praha provides travel planning, tours, transfers, experiences, and related services in Prague and nearby destinations. All services are subject to availability.
2. Bookings & Payments
Booking details will be confirmed via email/WhatsApp.
Prices, inclusions, and exclusions will be communicated before confirmation.
Any advance or full payment (if applicable) must be made as informed during booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be eligible for a 50% refund only.
Refunds, if applicable, may also depend on partner policies and the type of service booked.
No-shows are not eligible for any refund.
4. Travel Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, travel documents, visas, and insurance.
Namaste Praha is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, transport issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt website functionality.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, images, branding, and text on this website belong to Namaste Praha unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Namaste Praha is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or inconvenience arising from the use of our services or website, except where required by law.
